We are specialists in handmade, made to measure mattresses and bed bases which we have been using on our antique brass and iron bedsteads for over 20 years. Tried and tested, time and time again, we have complete confidence in our bedding and the quality and comfort level is assured.

Early on in Jonathan Tebbs love affair with Victorian and Edwardian antique bedsteads, he discovered that many of these had unusual measurements, so there was a need for a made to measure mattress and bed base service for brass, iron or wooden beds.
He also found that originally, antique brass and iron beds used to have a box spring base twinned with a feather mattress. Due to their age and condition, these are no longer suitable. A well made modern bed base with a good quality pocket sprung mattress gives a luxurious feel, without losing the authenticity of the bedstead.
